Finally I was able to have one. I had tried all the mehtods out there and nothing seemed to work. So this was the last chance and it paid off. I have had some really good lucid dreams and some nightmares though and those were definitely terrifying.

Honestly, I was a bit sketched about lucid dreaming at first, but this course won me over. It's all you really need tbh. I never knew dreams could be so vivid and lifelike. You hear about lucid dreams online and you're like thats probably not real. After a couple of tries I had my first dream and it was definitely something.

The dream symbolism section was okay. It gave me some things to think about, but I didn't see a dramatic change in how I understood my dreams.
